I invite you to sit still for a moment and consciously drop down. Fall from your head into your heart field, like a pebble being dropped into a soft watery pool of potential. Feel the quiet ripple relax your shoulders and straighten your spine. Try it again and this time really let yourself fall deeper into that heart/hearth or inner temple. Now decide that you can look into any pattern, situation, or condition.

Remember, everything is a pattern of light and information pulsing each moment in a particular way. What do you feel? Keep everything simple and brief. If it is your body that gets your attention, discover where in your body? Go towards the first thing that occurs to you. Be aware of colors, texture and feelings of any kind. Experiment with zooming into and out of areas of the body. Relax and just be aware of whatever occurs to you. This is not a linear process, so remember to laugh and be surprised rather than falling into the old habit of trying to figure out where something is going

It’s fun to have a thought that is open ended, much like how we think of the character Winnie the Pooh. He asks really innocent open ended questions all the time. Now drop into your heart and go to any place or thought that comes to mind.

A Doorway to Infinite Possibility - Share this...Like waves crashing on the shore, we are surrounded by a constant stream of energy, pulsing and rippling outward. Most do not see or feel the dynamic interplay of energetic expression. As a healing practitioner, I sense this field of energy all the time and have learned I am interfacing with living fields or…

As you move toward any point, notice if any part of you feels burdened or heavy and needs to be lifted or released. Notice if some part of you wants to be set free. Be with it for a moment and listen to what the heart is trying to show you or tell you.

Drop into the heart again and again, playing with energy, patterns, images and thoughts. As you become more aware of your heart’s prompting and the energy begins to ripple, the patterns of possibility will become more distinct. You will be amused at the unexpected twists and turns the unfolding insights will reveal. So remember, listen with your heart, feel with your mind and move with your body, to find the groove or opening into a place of momentary coherence. Let go and flow with it.

These are some of the methods I use to assist others in access ing their infinite field of potential. For more information go to www.energyheals.net
